Having been out with back injury for a year and not been confident to get back to the gym Dan has been amazing at working with my injuries and getting me back to training again! Loved every minute of it and so glad I decided to take the plunge and get back to fitness with Dan! He knows just what to do and how to target the muscles to stop me doing more damage but still gain the strength I am looking for! Can't wait to keep working with Dan and making more and more progress!

Dan is a fantastic personal trainer who has a great attitude and passion for what he does and he excels in his job greatly. For me personally I have come to him to better myself on the pitch (football) to play at the highest standard I can and from the get go Ive seen improvements inside and out with simple stretches here and there to loosen up places of my body I didnt even know were tight. Showing me the right technique to do simple lifts and exercises and making me perform better during game day. Session by session I see improvements which I take on to the pitch, the better I understand the technique of how and what to stretch, which movements I need to perform to for example beat a man to the ball or tower over my opponent in the air to nod one in at the back stick! You get the point... It all started at DC training! Dan is easy going and very approachable and will give you the results you have always been looking for!!
