Excellent treatment by Simon for a rib issue. What had been an ongoing issue, he resolved over a short period of time using a variety of techniques, all professionally delivered. Since using Simon, Ive also made use of some the other services provided by the Clinic, brilliant treatments delivered in a great environment. All the staff are friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

I have been visiting Seb for several months now due to having lower and upper back pain associated with many years for computer use, this has resulted in restricting my everyday movement and greatly impacting on the quality of life. Seb was able to assess the problem and with regular sessions, able to ease and correct it. He works in a caring and professional manner, always explaining what he is doing, which provides me with confidence and hope after each session. Over time, my back pain has infinitely improved, I find I am more flexible and my quality of life is so much improved. I am extremely grateful to the osteopathic healing abilities of Seb and would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

I would recommend Castle clinic. I have been using the clinic for a few years and would recommend osteopathy as an alternative treatment for skeletal problems

I use regular osteopathy to keep me on the road running, trekking and riding but a recent emergency treatment by Seb Contreras for an agonising stiff neck sorted my problem quickly and gently without the need for heavy duty painkillers. His holistic approach is second to none.

I highly recommend Seb and the team at Castle Clinic. I had a lower back issue caused by a previous prolapse and was in agony. Seb helped so much and gave me some great tips for reducing inflammation etc. Superb healing hands! Such a great and friendly team!
