        I've been a longstanding customer at Bayfields in Harrogate and across multiple visits, they have continually exceeded expectations. Recently, I emailed on a Sunday, asking for some advice about laser eye surgery, and received a comprehensive response from an optometrist by lunchtime on Monday. In a world of increasingly poor customer service, that's exceptional and I recommend Bayfields unhesitatingly.
