Asda Opticians

Disaster. After a refund on one pair which I could not see through to do close work my second pair eas equally poor and the staff could not get them to fit so I could see clearly so after 5 or 6 visits I gave up and they sit in a cupboard. Was it in manufacture or fitting who knows but both pairs were not fit for purpose.

I have been wearing glasses since I was small I am now Dissaled & get dissability benefits which means my eye test is free & [ also get deductions off because I receive benefits I chose a frame that cost 129 I was told I would be better with bifocals but even with the deductions off it would still cost me 254.20 another pair I chose were only 99 was 264.29 ? [ tried to use my sunglass frames so it would be cheaper instead even that would of cost me 134.20 So I took my perscription straight down to Asda the lady called Cat was BRILLIANT I chose a new frame still order bifocals with all deductions it came to 11.20 I COULDNT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE!. FROM NOW ON ITS ASDA OPTICIANS EVERY TIME THANKS ASDA & THAKS CAT FOR BEINGN SO SO HELPFUL & FRIENDLY. SEE YOU IN A YEARS TIME .

Excellent service. I found the whole experience..really good. The optician was obviously very knowledgeable..as was the staff. I found all the staff attentive..and helpful.

Excellent, professional service, great choice of frames and all at a very competitive price. I wouldn't go anywhere else now in Harrogate.

staff are not very attentive when customers are stood at the reception desk, almost as if they dont want to leave their seats & walk 10 paces to serve. Like with other Asda staff members could do with a customer service awareness training course.
