Fantastic care. The staff are wonderful and clearly recruited for their caring nature. The best care home in the area offering excellent care for people living with Dementia.

Its a lovely company to work for, they always look after you and its like working with a big family. One of the best companies I have worked for and if your looking for a job where you will be looked after this is definitely the place for you. The residents are always put first and we always try to do our best for the residents. Vida as its own training and everyone is trained before they start and it doesnt stop there if you think you need more help just ask the training team they are always happy to help. Likewise speak to your colleagues and managers they will all help as much as they can and if they cant help they can always point you in the right direction. This is the kind of job where everyday is different its not always easy dont get me wrong you can have hard/difficult days but you can also have lots of laughs together just like a family would.
