We visited The Plant Point after hearing about them from friends. First impressions as we were approaching were immediately set high and were reinforced as we entered. The front of store is bold and welcoming, inside the store is small but packed full of all varieties of plants. The selection is huge, and if they dont have what youre after they can source this from one of their other stores. The staff, and the service, is absolutely out of this world. On our first visit we spoke to the owner who was lovely. She went above and beyond and dedicated a lot of our time to us. On other visits we were served by others who were equally as helpful. The staff have a tremendous passion and knowledge for plants and really do go out of their way to help, ensuring customers leave with a truly positive experience. This has quickly become one of our favourite stores to visit and is truly a joy to shop here, even if we are not making a purchase we will be sure to call in. I would not hesitate to recommend The Plant Point to anyone, whether a novice or an expert.
