I can highly recomend Fiona to anyone who was in my position over 18 months ago...purchasing a property and not having a clue what to do or who to speak to! Throughout the entire process Fiona was: diligent, professional, approachable and friendly putting my mind at ease and the purchasing process for my property was smooth and relatively stress free thank to Fiona's efforts! There was never an email or message that went without reply for any longer than 24 hours. Having worked in conveyancing admin many years ago. I know that level of service speaks for itself in this Industry! To add onto this, unlike other companies who would complete the case and not contact you again. Fiona, not only checked in to ensure the move went well. But months after went out of her way to contact me when I cancelled an insurance payment and worked to find me a more suitable policy that suited my needs. Overall I would (and personally I will be!) recomennd Fiona to any of my friends and family if they needed similar guidance and assistance.
