        As a former employee,as a driving technician I have loved to work there most times.the pressure is high.the place was massively short staffed.we have tried,trying our best to serve everyone,but at the end of the day we are humans,we need rest.more often than not on certain weeks we were doing 12-13 hour shifts with very little break.MEDEQUIP value their staff and All Service users equally,and I can tell they are trying their very best to accommodate everyones needs.I have left the company to pursue my dream job,if it wasnt for that,Id still be an employee of the company.The last few years been extremely challenging due to covid but we did not leave stone unturned.I can understand frustration from service users but MEDEQUIP doing our very best despite all the challenges.

        Delivery arranged by the Hospital, cancelled 3 times by Medequip no reason given!. Bed at my door when I was in the discharge Ambulance- no-one to let them in? Now collection, despite numerous calls no time slot has been given for today its now 12: 45. Email sent to Darren Clarke Manager bounced My new bought private bed delivery today will end up on the street. This is costing the N.H.S. too much money by delaying collection. I do not recommend Medequip North Yorkshire..
