        Very upset. I was recommended to see them after visiting Vodafone to get a new screen protector fitted for my Samsung Flip. The first one they used left me looking at my phone through a purple filter so they changed it for a different one and did a poor job fitting it (they appeared not very happy by this stage). However, upon looking closely at my phone after I left I noticed that they had cracked the solid protector underneath at the edges so now I have had to send off my phone to Samsung with the potential of a very costly bill to follow. I don't even feel that I can go in to get a refund either as I felt intimidated by their reactions after asking for the first protector to be replaced
