        Went in with faulty airpods no other customers in shop but sent home to book an appointment. Went back to have them checked then told they dont check them there they have to send them away. Obviously impossible to do this without appointment!!!!!

        I had problems with my new iphone and my retailer could not, or would not replace it. Your Harrogate store were most helpful and within 3hours had rectified the fault under quarantee at no cost. Many thanks for a most satisfactory service . I will certainly recommend your store.
