        I came to the Harrogate branch with a friend on the 14/05/22, maybe about 2ish. One of the items I wanted was a Kevyn Aucoin blusher but I couldnt find it on the shelf. A young assistant who was new offered to help and went to the till area to ask another assistant (manager?) where she might find it. The older woman was too busy gossiping with another customer or friend to even acknowledge that the young girl needed help. I did several laps of the shop while I waited but in the end feeling ignored I left. I dont know if they are on commission but they lost a sale in excess of 100 on that occasion.
