        We booked a complicated schedule of three units. Everyone at storage king Harrogate were helpful, professional and always there with an answer to our questions. Tina in particular was excellent. From the first phonecall until the last day moving our stuff in/out she was friendly, smiling, knew the answer to all my questions. Seeing her doing the rounds, updating Health and safety signs, welcoming new customers to their units showed us she was consistent in treating all her customers in the same professional and friendly manner! Tina is an absolute asset to Storage King!

        Excellent storage place. Richard was incredibly helpful when I needed to change the start date of my storage several times; I was also taken round several different sizes of unit before making a decision. All round fantastic customer service. The storage itself was in good condition, with each unit being individually alarmed, and being accessible up to 9pm (if you ask for their free extended access hours) 7 days a week. Highly recommend and would definitely use again
