        Great service! I bought a nice necklace some 5 years ago. It acquired a kink in the chain, so I took it in. Before I sat down, Barry had remembered my name. Amazing. At 4.45 he sat with his eyeglass, as I had done, trying to fix it. He gave up in the end, as I had done, but said he would get his jeweller to look at it. Two days later, I got a call to tell me it was done, and ready. I picked it up - no charge - just the same smile and chuckle. This was a really nice, slightly old fashioned service level that I see so rarely now. Well done Barry. This job was a joy and not a chore, and my wife was delighted. Good job!!!

        After enquiring with several jewelers in town I called Montpellier about polishing and re-rhodium plating 5 rings. They turned them round quickly, not charging the earth and did a fantastic job, we will now be taking them there every time in the future.
