        I ordered some Philosophy Shorts at the beginning of lockdown, but stupidly paid before checking the Italian sizing. I emailed straight away, and had a very fast response confirming they were the size I wanted. I was then not expecting them to arrive anytime soon given the situation or any further contact, but I received a personal email notifying me they were on their way, and they arrived within the week. Amazing how customer service and delivery is much faster from a small business than any large retailer I've dealt with past few weeks. Thee online site also has an excellent selection, highly recommend!
