I love working at My Homecare in Harrogate we have a great team who are very supportive and helpful. Its great to see the business growing from strength to strength rapidly. we have a lovely range of clients too. I would recommend My Homecare to anyone and its a great place to work.

I have worked from my home care Harrogate from day one when it opened I have seen frist hand how the company has grown and the staff deliver the best possible care to each client I begin a staff member myself and worked in care for more years than I care to remember over 25 years is the best care provider to deliver care every one is treated with respect and with the own wishes onward and upwards it a joy and pleasure to work here

The relationship and care started off really well but the company kept taking on more clients than they can reasonably handle especially with carers leaving. As well. As a result, recently visit times shortened versus the allocated times and there were have been a few issues around health and safety resulting in near miss incidents 2hich were raised with management at my first care review meeting but the key action that was going to happen to help alleviate misunderstanding over a piece of equipment never happened. In the first few weeks I would have rated both the company and staff stars and if this review was based on just the carers looking after me in my first 8 weeks it again would be 5 stars would like to call out some superstar carers that have helped me e or outlying, Mandy is an absolute gem and I cannot say a thing wrong about her, Rachel again is another unsung hero whilst Nicole is a genuinely fantastic carer. There are others but these guys have been there the most for e and I will genuinely miss them all as my reason for the negativity in my review has nothing to do with them its the powers at be not taking my feedback seriously and then when asked to feedback any issues this was noted at a review but most of the points raised were not resolved hence the poor review as some points were health and safety related Its interesting as a large number of the 5 start reviews are from employees and not clients and essentially this IS NOT GLASSDOOR so reviews should be client focused and not for employee satisfaction as that's not what the reviews are for
