        Two days before Christmas and our central heating decided to pack up. Rang J L Bradley and as the office was closed, left a message on the answerphone about our problem. Within 15 mins, a lady rang me back and said the office was now closed until after the holidays but they had an engineer dealing with emergency callouts and she would try and get someone out to me by 17.00. Within the hour, Mark, an engineer arrived on our doorstep and within 45 minutes, identified and rectified the problem, thereby ensuring we had heating back on over the Christmas period. The service and response received from this company was excellent and I thoroughly recommend them if you are ever in need of a heating engineer. Thanks again to Mark and the lady in the office (didn't catch her name) for saving our Christmas! Service: Heating system repair
