Wonderful company to deal with. Having researched many shops and online companies for our choice in a dining suite we were lucky to find Cimmermann. We went to visit the showroom and were dealt with throughout the process in a professional and personal manner. The level of communication was great and the delivery was made, again in a courteous and professional manner. The items we purchased were offered at a competitive price and again we have been very impressed from first contact to delivery . Thank you again.

I have ordered twice from Cimmermann, and in both instances have experienced excellent customer service. The website is easy to use and Matt has been friendly and proactive on both occasions, updating me on order status and arranging lightning fast (free) delivery when my items were in stock. Will use again and would recommend, especially to anyone considering buying brands like HAY or Vitra online - having a real person you can reach out to with questions or for advice is so valuable.
