Saves time, but I do not accept having to pay for tracked return postage costs, when the battery is old. It is their tag so they should pay. Also not accepted by Royal Mail as its dangerous goods, too, so more aggravation. When I asked them to pay, it was like I had dumped on their doorstep!

I have used an Emovis Tag for many years now and I have unfailingly glided through the tolls of Europe without effort. The customer service is quick and efficient when you need it (in my experience very infrequently). I would now not consider driving through Europe without one.

if you are travelling alone then a tag is great. once you have had it for five or six years however, you will start getting emails telling you that your battery is getting low and you need to order a new tag. when you try, you will be told they are out of stock. ive had this now for two years. when finally i could get a new tag, three weeks after ordering, no tag. royal mails fault apparently. great when it works, hopeless when you need a new one.

Just replaced my tag on advice from Emovis, they sent me an email saying that the battery was nearing end of life now it is approaching 4 years old. The process was simple to follow, with helpful emails along the way.
