Natural Choice

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting a this local health food shop, only to be met with unprofessionalism from the owner. Despite being a patron who was attempting to support local businesses and make healthy choices for my wellbeing, I was met with a rude and unwilling attitude. The issue arose when I took a photo of a product to calculate the vitamin dosage for my personal use. To my surprise, the owner flat out demanded me to stop even when I explained what the photo was for. This left me feeling frustrated and disrespected, as I was simply trying to make informed decisions about my health. As a result, I have decided to continue my health food shopping journey at a more welcoming establishment, such as Holland and Barrett in Harrogate. While I understand the importance of supporting local businesses, I cannot compromise my own wellbeing and happiness for the sake of convenience. In conclusion, my experience at this health food shop left a sour taste in my mouth and serves as a reminder of the importance of good customer service. While the shop is well displayed, the attitude of the owner left much to be desired.
