Do not open a fuelcard account with this company,they are dishonest their customer service is useless the same as their prices and they charge for fuel cards after saying they wont. Avoid

Believe all the reviews, it took a year but they showed their true colours. Would rather lose a customer then refund the extras. Avoid at all costs. Card charges, when they stated there wouldnt be. They changed the payment terms, even though I never asked or ever missed a payment, then charged me interest. Sent in a marketing email that spam picked up. Bandits.

Terrible company avoid! Terrible customer service, they dont answer the phone and random charges when Ive never used there cards as they can never beat the prices of The right fuel card which is the best company Ive come across.

Been dealing with Stuart Sharland, Had to cancel using the pre paid option with this company. He constantly changed the prices hoping you wouldn't notice. Some times I was being charged 23p more than what it was at the pumps. I always emailed when noticed and his excuse was always a computer error. I brought up that it clearly wasn't the first time judging by the reviews. At the point of cancelling he offered me 100 compensation which I never saw and now he doesn't answer my emails. Took over a month to get the 45 balance refunded. Although I think it was more, I cant quite be sure as I got locked out my account as soon as I phoned. Save yourself the hassle just don't use them.
