My wife and daughter have shopped here before but were served by someone who was polite and helpful. Not my experience today with the owner who was rude and dismissive. I made an offer on a quite badly damaged piece of furniture and she obviously took offence. In future just politely decline the offer, no need to be rude and suggest I go shop at IKEA and dismissively walking away. Totally unnecessary.Rudeness is not the way to do business dear !!

Love this shop, you never know what youre going to find. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. One tip Id offer if you see something that you like, dont hesitate as you might miss out, stuff goes quickly here. Also, love love love love the darling pomapoo Douglas, he melted my heart, little darling. Made my trip to the shop even better today and his lovely mum.

Having already been blown away by how lovely Harrogate is, my socks were well and truly knocked off my ankles by this stunning and unique shop. Reasonably priced one of a kind items youd expect to see go for double the price are the name of the game at Bo Grove Antiques: I saw one of the finest chesterfield sofas I ever did see for 400! My only reservation for posting a review was that I want to keep this shop as secret as possible but I just couldnt resist. Much like I wont be able to resist going all the way back to visit again from Manchester in the New Year. Well done Bo and the team!

We went into the shop & bought a desk, this service was incredible from start to finish. The lady who served us was very knowledgably about the products, & even sorted same day delivery which arrived exactly on time. Unfortunately the second experience wasn't anything close. We arrived & picked some items out, this time we dealt with the owner of the shop. She assured us the furniture would arrive at 2:30pm, however at 3pm we decided to call, no answer. We decided to travel back to the shop which was met with 'Oh sorry I have been swamped' however this would have been fine if she had kept us informed. She then promised us it would arrive near 5pm. It's no late into the evening, no contact from the shop, no order has been delivered & we have already paid. This utterly terrible service has dampened what was otherwise a great first impression.
