First class service from the HDM team. Kim called me within minutes of making an enquiry, organising for Neil to provide an estimate the following day. They offered a competitive price and could install within a week (which was great because we had an intermittent fault). Neil also recommended a better suited boiler for our needs, that was slightly better value than the one I had originally enquired about. The team kept me very well informed throughout, and on the day of the install Neil rang me in advance to confirm arrival time, and then fitted the boiler, clearing up any mess and removing all old parts. He was also very respectful and wore a mask and gloves throughout as a Covid-19 pre-caution. First class job by the team. Recently fitted a new boiler for us. Outstanding service from start to finish. Fitted us in very quickly, did a great job and even returned late one evening to help with an issue that had nothing to do with their installation. Would recommend every time!

Fitted a new ATAG boiler which leaked, then failed to keep the appointment to mend it due to 'illness'. Told us to go elsewhere when we complained! Very disappointed
