What an amazing service! Jody and his team was absolutely brilliant! Fast, exact and very helpful. We have loads of plants and glass picture frames which also were treated with due care and attention. I wasn't worried about anything. Would definitely recommend this company!!! Outstanding company! Jody and Dave are professional, experienced, and went above and beyond to help anyway they could. They made our house move easy and took all my stress away! No job was too big to ask! Both more than happy to help and worked non stop throughout the move. Extremely unreliable and untruthful! Please avoid!!!!! We have arranged the move 5 weeks in advance with Jody. Seemed professional in the beginning. We have confirmed 2 days before as well to make sure our move will go smoothly. Not only not showing up on time, but not answering the phone. Finally when answered an hour after we have been worried sick, we had to find out there were issues with van, but wouldn't have let us know if we weren't ring him 5 times...then we got promised 'tomorrow' 100% and sounded very apologetic and looked like the issues have been solved, so we fallen for his words for the second time therefore we have lost another day!! The next day NO ONE TURNED UP ! Not even a phone call to say 'sorry i can't make it'...nothing!!!! We were there without any help at all not even a text saying ' sorry you need to find someone else'. His phone was switched off just to make sure we cannot reach him!!!!! How unethical is this!? This is highly unacceptable from a removal company. What if we were in a chain and the next owner is knocking on the door wanting to move in!??! We had to drag all of our large furnitures and about 50 boxes by hand on a hand truck and in a suitcase doing multiple trips on foot as we don't drive and WE HAD NO CHOICE as no other companies were available on a Saturday morning even we called every number we could find on Google..this is why we have arranged 5 weeks in advance......all of this has happened because of this unreliable and extremely disappointing "company"! Thank you for betraying us.... Please do not rely on them and find someone else before this happens to you as well..
