DO NOT USE! Have had an order in since Feb and still can't get it. Have been told a pack of lies from Rhonda Shaw (owner & director). She is refusing to answer her phone or emails and has now removed her Facebook page. If anybody wants to join me in taking legal action feel free to contact me on [email protected]. We've been told we are not the 1st to have a problem and won't be the last. UPDATE. We have been contacted by Ashley Shaw (co-owner) and silent partner. He was unaware of the issues and has assured us now he knows of the problems things will get sorted. He is in the process of contacting customers and working with them to sort everything out. Also thank you to Erin for all her help.

We purchased a pram mid January and were then told they had our pram in store ready for collection once final payments were made. Finding out the shop had closed and majority stock had been cleared out was not filling us with much confidence. But thanks to Ash going above and beyond to get our order sorted and delivered to us we now wont have a baby without pram.

Missing items update: I would like thank Ashley and Erin Shaw for quickly resolving the situation regarding missing items from my order see below. Today 28/5/20 I received all the missing items from my order. Ashley and Erin have shown complete professionalism and integrity throughout our communications. Unfortunately the issue of non receipt of goods clearly has been beyond their control but they are working hard to put right what another director has done. Thank you Ashley and Erin for that you get a big fat 5 stars back!!!!! Plus I would not hesitate to recommend you both. Please do NOT order from this site currently. I am still owed nearly 700 of items since Feb and still not received and now no response. I have been informed by Rhonda one of the directors (before she cut me off on FB and her mobile) that trading will cease soon!!! Please be warned. Prior to this I had no issues and found them exceptional, hence why I returned. I feel very let down and disappointed by her actions and never expected this at all. Stupidly I gave Rhonda my complete trust and accepted Rhonda Shaws excuses!! The most frustrating thing is, I was told she has the items which are stored (1st was told a delay in delivery, then had no drivers due to sickness, then covid, now nothing) Now I will have to re purchase everything. Shame on you Rhonda Shaw!.

Prams Lullaby were absolutely amazing when me and my wife went in to pick out our first pram! We went in there not really knowing what we wanted and all the differences were but the young girl Erin was more than accommodating and her wealth of knowledge was second to none and helped us pick our very first pram. So a huge thank you to prams Lullaby and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pram 5 stars!!!
