They were always tremendously helpful with any inquiries we had and made our move out of the house we rented go quite smoothly. Dan, in particular, was available and clear with any details about our situation. Highly recommend!

From a current tenant, this company are very unprofessional and argumentative. For anyone looking to use them in the future I would advise against this. They seem unorganised, unable to manage their workload efficiently, and don't understand the meaning of customer service. Some members of staff at this company let the reputation down for the whole team and it is clear that we are not the only ones with this experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I am afraid to inform that this company is not in this business for the interest of helping their clients, but for the interest of making their pockets heavier no matter what circumstance they leave the customer in. Me and my girlfriend have been planning on moving out for a long time and once we finally managed to get the funds together, we decided it was the right time. We spotted a lovely apartment in the middle of Harrogate town centre. The viewing seemed to go fantastically with every question I asked getting the most convenient and affordable answer, which I probably should of realised was a little too good to be true. The lady doing the viewing. JOE. Stated that there was residents parking around the corner from the flat, that being 30 a year seemed like a no brainer. She even had the audacity to walk me to the parking and showed me exactly where it was. However, A DAY before I was going to put down my full deposit to move in, I found out from the council that I would not have access to this parking. P.s. my holding deposit was in place, my tenancy agreement was signed, and the alternative was an extra 250 a month!!! This is not human error, this is outright lying to a customer. How can you know the brake down of water and electric bills, availability of the property and the fact theres a bloody induction stove but not the parking situation? Disgusting. We then followed this up by explaining the situation to MARCUS SHEPHERD. He explained we could pull out of the deal but not get the holding deposit back. Which we strongly disagreed with as we clearly would not of put a holding deposit down if we hadnt been blatantly lied too!! Days went by to try and sort this situation out and the only reason we got the deposit back is because we went to his boss about the situation. The only reason we even got to speak to him was because we lied about who we were to get time with him on the phone, as every time we asked for him in our names he was busy. So the summarise this. Disgusting people. There is nothing worse than being outright lied too when you have done all the things necessary to follow things up. So I strongly recommend no one uses this company!!!
