        I bought a pair of used Leica binoculars from this shop yesterday and couldnt fault the service I received; knowledgeable, helpful, friendly - and patient! An excellent range of binoculars to choose from but no sales pressure whatsoever. Could I have saved a bit by buying online? Possibly, but not a lot, and the value of being able to compare multiple pairs and get advice from someone who really knows what theyre talking about far outweighs any meagre saving. A business thats definitely worth patronising and which were very fortunate to have in Harrogate.
