Since moving my pension fund to Ellis Bates when I was unhappy with a previous company's handling and performance, I can honestly say I did the right thing. Their subsequent advice on this and other financial matters over the years has been realistic and logical, saving me money in the process. They do what they say they're going to do with minimal delay and I've never felt under any pressure to proceed with any financial planning suggestions. Contact and updates are excellent and the ongoing annual reviews add to the feeling my affairs are in safe hands. All staff and consultants I've spoken to have been courteous and helpful. We have used Ellis Bates for many years, and in particular Mike Gent as our finacial advisier for the past 20 years or so. We have found all advice offered to be very nuch ro our investment requirements, but - most importantly, to be totally trustworthy. Our investments have all grown steadily over the years, and we have the confidence to know that our holdings are completely safe. Mike Gent offered invaluable advice thoughout and particularly a few years back when illness meant that arrangements had to be made for our own domestic affairs. We wish every good fortune to MIke Gent in his retirement, and know that his replacement will provide equally good advice and support.
