Total lack of knowledge about insurance bought to cover a diamond ring, then took the word of a phone a friend colleague as gospel and "normal wear and tear" should mean youd expect a ring not to last and the stone to drop out.
Dismissive and utterly terrible service. Contradicted herself by denying shed said what shed just said seconds before, then tried to compare a ring to Gore-Tex shoes or a car and if the stone had fallen out it couldnt be due to poor workmanship, without even looking at the ring.
Used terrible business speak by telling us she was managing our expectations. No, she was fobbing us off.
Avoid at all costs. Awful.
