Faulty lights, replacement sent but do not honour the same warranty on the replacement lights as they do the original purchase, this is probably because they know the item they are selling fails.

Bought a set of solar lights in December, they arrived incomplete. A second set was dispatched and this week with the weather getting sunnier I decided to place them in the garden - and the spike for the solar collector broke. So again unusable. What a waste of money.

Ich bin sehr verrgert, krankheitsbedingt konnte ich die Bestellung erst jetzt richtig auspacken und bin entsetzt, ich hatte einen Kranz bestellt, der kam total zerfleddert an, er war zwar reduziert aber immer noch teuer genug und das Machwerk berhaupt nicht Wert! Ich habe schon einiges da bestellt, das war immer in Ordnung. Auf meine Reklamtion hin, wollte man eine Kopie des Adressaufklebers, leider war das Paket schon beim Altpapier, das Foto des Machwerks hat nicht ausgereicht. Die Firma hat halt eine Kundin weniger!
