Harvey Jones Kitchens Harrogate

We really loved the kitchens we saw in the showroom and would have gone for a Harvey Jones kitchen if it hadnt been for the awful sales techniques. Katy is lovely but it was like dealing with a double glazing or used car salesman. We were told we had to make a decision immediately to get a big discount which increased on a daily basis to the point of a 40% discount. The pressure was ridiculous when we wanted to take our time and make sensible choices. The constant discounting, which Ive read they do to everyone, cheapens the product. Just be honest about prices and give people space to think! The only decision we could make was to go elsewhere. Weve now opted for spending a bit more with a bespoke company because they didnt pressure us and have very gently guided us on our choices. A much classier approach!

We've recently completed a renovation and worked with Katy and the Harrogate Harvey Jones team in the design and fit of a new kitchen. To say that we're happy with the service received is an understatement - we were expertly supported from start to finish from initial requirements, design, layout and finish. Nothing was too much for Katy - she was patient, knowledgeable and extremely responsive to every query and question. The kitchen itself is excellent - the cabinets are great quality, the painted finish spot on and due to the first class design it has transformed our home and lives in equal measure. Having worked with multiple suppliers over the course of the broader renovation, Katy stood out as customer-focused and committed. The Harvey Jones Harrogate team were excellent! From designing by Alan Jones, to fitting by Tim, to aftercare from Helen. The quality of the kitchen is great. So pleased we bought it. We had a utility room fitted by another business prior to the Harvey Jones kitchen and are throughly disappointed with that - if only we had that from Harvey Jones too because the difference is vast! The old saying of "you get what you pay for" is true. All in all, a fabulous experience and we shall be enjoying our kitchen for many years to come.
