We visited the Bathroom Store on a recommendation from a friend, we were not disappointed. We live in a cottage with very quirky features, some of which we wanted to retain. Jane came out and did a full survey, and came up with what essentially was our dream bathroom and just what we wanted. She recommended a great plumber, and the result was even better than anticipated. I can't thank Jane and her team enough for their time, patience and understanding during all aspects of the 5 week conversion. Everything went to plan and when little bumps hit in the road they were all addressed and dealt with in a speedy and professional fashion. I can't recommend Bathroom Design Studio enough - if we were lucky enough to have two bathrooms I'd have had them both done! Thanks Jane and the team xxxxxxxx

Although we had an initial bathroom design, Jane was able to improve on it in terms of practicalities that we hadn't thought of, including fittings that complemented the design. Jane was able to manage the whole project and on budget, including sourcing some obscure fossil filled limestone for a fussy client! The fitter, Andrew was excellent and meticulous in his work, thoroughly professional. We now have a luxury bathroom which is a joy to use. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bathroom Design Studio.
