Husband bought me a lovely bracelet in this lovely jewellers, unfortunately the clasp was faulty. Chris has sent me a replacement no quibble, first class service by friendly knowledgeable staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing customer service! I got my engagement ring from F&B and didnt know anything about rings or diamonds going in. I spoke with both Chris and Sarah on two separate occasions at length. They couldnt have been more helpful, friendly and warming. It really was an absolute pleasure, a lovely and enjoyable experience. I revisited to get the ring re-sized and was treated with nothing but kindness by Mona. Wonderful people and a wonderful jewellers. Would highly recommend!

bought a gorgeous pearl necklace for my mums birthday a couple years ago, just recently got her a pair of matching earrings, genuinely so stunning and reasonably priced. staff were also super helpful picking out the perfect pearls!!

Stayed in Harrogate for a long weekend and went to most jewellers to find my wedding ring. Popped into Fogal & Barnes to be welcomed by 2 lovely, very friendly staff, one named Sarah. They helped and understood what I was looking for. I didn't order whilst in the shop, but as soon as I left I knew it was the ring I wanted. I called the shop a couple of days later, and asked to order the ring. They remembered who I was and the ring I was looking at. Paid for the ring over the phone and ordered. As soon as the ring came into the shop, Chris was in touch with me and we arranged a suitable delivery day for me to receive the ring at home by delivery. Absolutely fantastic customer service by all, and also love love love my ring so much, I've kept looking at it all day, but have to put it away now until 30th August. Thank you all.
