Nov 2022 I have had multiple items having to be returned due to holes in 2 shorts, 1 legs and a running jacket. Sweaty Betty have changed their products and used cheap labour not how they were before. To make it worse the manager in the Harrogate shop is rude and aggressive she actually blames me for the issues and has not sent the products to be check by quality control. She speaks to me like rubbish and a child and has no respect for me or any clue what senior customer service is and how to treat people. Instead of having an attitude speak to people with respect and offer to help its not your company and you should be giving everyone the same level of customer service not treating people differently because they bring faulty items back. Sorry but at the price they are I will not just leave a faulty item to sit in the cupboard.

Visited today. Had a good browse. It was very quiet. Not one member of staff asked us if we needed help. Two members if staff stood chatting in front of the shorts rail. Really unprofessional and very unhelpful. Won't visit again.

Called Sweaty Betty Notting Hill to check if they had a particular item in stock as it had sold out online. Very helpful staff member looked on the system and suggested I call Harrogate - the lady I spoke to/dealt with was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. Item purchased and posted down to me with zero fuss/hassle. Excellent customer service.
