We recently rented Mickey for a short week away in Northumberland with our Chow Chow Dougie and Joanne were so accommodating, the Motorhome was cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. Dougie went through everything we needed to do in detail and there was the back up of a manual too (for those moments when you are not sure). The Motorhome was a pleasure to drive, it had plenty of storage and was warm when we needed to have the heating on. Perfect for a long weekend or a full 2 week holiday. I wouldnt hesitate to book again. - the deposit was returned in good time too in full - clearly we looked after Mickey as if it were our own! Until next time guys.

Dougie and Joanne made the process very easy for first time Motorhomers! Everything was great for a family of 5, and this is just the start of our adventuring. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to experienced or new motorhome users.

Hired Mickey for a week-long tour of skateparks in the UK with three pals. 1,400 miles and some sore legs later I'm looking back at our trip. Can't recommend Thistle Motorhome Hire enough! Dougie & Joanne have thought of everything you might need for the trip. The Van was perfect for wild camping, which we did a lot of. A dream to drive.

Absolutely could not recommend this family run business enough. We had some last minute spare time to have our well deserved honeymoon after a year of hell. We managed to book quickly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. Dougie and Jo showed us everything we needed to know (it helped we have a caravan) and we were off. We took pictures of Mickey in all the places we visited. We did not do the NC500 more of a WC500 and over to skye. We had the BEST holiday we have ever had all thanks to Thistle Motorhome. There is nothing that hasn't been thought of and it truely had a lovely feel to it. We never needed heating (even in skye) and we never had issues with campsites etc. All was as we wanted, dare I say it was PERFECT. Even the weather held all week. We have vlogged our adventure and will be posting on YouTube for a laugh. We are now considering buying our own camper but in the mean time we will be sticking with Thistle Motorhome for our next adventure. Thanks again Dougie and Jo...not forgetting Mickey!
