You have to check-in with main reception on ground floor before heading to your GP surgery; sometimes this can cause a bit if a que. Staff are always friendly, polite, helpful & maintain social distancing. As with government guidelines, a mask must be worn inside, & there are ample points to sanitise your hands throughout the building.

The worst do not register here. I have severe neurological and cardio problems. I'm supposed to have an appointment every week. The last appointment I got was July 2019.now there are never any appointments with any doctor. They don't have any level of care. Please I would self medicate rather than use these cowboys. The receptionist and office staff are rude and inconsiderate and don't really have a clue. The doctors are ridiculous too. Swanning around like they are special but can't do their jobs. I need medical attention and from this doctors I can't get it.
