We went from wilderness to much admired frontage in just two weeks with Massey Gardens employees and boss who bent over backwards to make sure all was going to plan and worked so very hard for us. We would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Massey Garden Design who have transformed our garden and extended landscape over the past 5 months into something way beyond our expectations! There were times during the depths of winter when the major excavations and earthworks were ongoing, that we began to wonder if we had been too ambitious and unrealistic, but the Massey team were with us through snow, rain and shine to deliver something very special. It is now hard to believe what the team started with, and their professional and solution oriented approach, hard and soft landscaping expertise, design tweaks to the original concept, and the materials used has worked wonders! We have met many of the Massey team over the duration of the project, (as evidenced by the list of tea and coffee preferences!), but wanted to say a very special thank you to Adam, James and Toby who worked on the majority of the project. Adams expertise and attention to detail has paid off across the whole garden, (and been noticed by visitors!); Jamess skill with the drystone walls is second to none. Again, the walling has received many complements from visitors and passers-by. Both were ably supported by Toby. The garden and orchard area are coming into their own now with the warm weather, and we love sitting out in the evening, a rare occurrence in North Yorkshire! Thanks also to John for his collaborative and professional approach on everything across the project from design ideas to budget management and to Sara and Kelsey for always being available and prompt to answer our questions. We would thoroughly recommend the team at Massey Garden Design, not only for the great work they do, but the way they work together and with us as the clients- thanks again!

I phoned this company a few days ago and the lady said to me if you have 10,000 to spend then we will look at the job, Its a disgusting way to operate your business, If you have common sense please avoid calling them, If you have money to throw away then maybe this company is for you. David and his team have completed two garden projects for me in the last couple of years . A full terrace/patio rebuild and a dry stone walled planting area with raised beds . His team are really diligent and very tidy and the quality of the work has been excellent. Both projects draw admiring comments from family and friends . Really great work.

David Massey and his team have today finished transforming the front and rear gardens of a house I purchased a while ago. They have done a superb job on both, all in a week. From my initial enquiry and throughout the entire process, they have been professional and so helpful. They have answered my many questions promptly and I cannot praise them enough. The team that worked on my project were fantastic, very tidy and mindful of my neighbours. The project has turned out as I had hoped (better actually). Thank you all for a job very well done.
