        Has a wonderful time with Jenny and Beth selecting a hat for my son's wedding. There is such an array of glorious hats to choose from but they patiently guided and advised me. The final choice completed my outfit perfectly and was very comfortable to wear. I had so many compliments so thank you ladies for your excellent service.

        Last week I had the opportunity to attend a 3 day millinery retreat at The School of Millinery with Jenny Roberts. We were a small group of 4 people and had all submitted ideas of millinery gaps and what we wanted to learn, in advance. Jenny planned the days to accommodate each of our needs and to support us to achieve our objectives. We had the full access to all blocks and equipment at Jenny's studio and had taken our own materials too, so everything was well co-ordinated. Our creative time was mixed with planned presentations to support our development, with themes such as trends, colours, what gives us inspiration; all aimed to help move ourselves and our business in a positive direction. It was so much fun sharing thoughts, ideas and asking - "What if I...?" or "Could I...". It was a brilliant laughter filled environment to work and learn in. We were fully supported by Jenny at every step, including regular tea/coffee and cake breaks. I now have 4 hats to finish and hired hat blocks which I am looking forward to using. I left the experience totally inspired, with new techniques to put into practice and a sense of renewed confidence. The retreat was a brilliant idea. Thanks Jenny for a really fab few days.
