I bought a beautiful outfit from Phase 8 for a wedding. I took the jacket to be dry cleaned at Johnsons Dry cleaners on Leeds Road. The jacket was ruined and the staff at the cleaners immediately blamed the quality of the garment and told me to take my complaint to Phase 8. The staff at Phase 8 could not have been more helpful and although they had no previous complaints they were happy to replace the jacket with a new one. I will definitely shop at Phase 8 again but will not take anything that requires dry cleaning to Johnsons. Thank you Phase 8 for a fantastic customer experience.
