        Absolutely impeccable customer service, I came in today to send my headphones off for repair, and with no hassle the clerk sent them off and offered a replacement pair for the meantime until they were fixed! Blown away, its always a pleasure coming in and listening to new products and speaking to the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

        Wonderful experience; Richard the store manager, spent 1:30hrs with us great customer service, we were offered hot drinks, & listened to some magical products truly breath taking. Highly recommend a visit it will surpass your expectations!!
