I had a new bathroom fitted by Claxton & Palmer in August 22. Right from the first consultation to the finished project Stuart was very professional. His attention to detail was impressive and kept checking details with me during the process. This helped my decision making and Im glad I took his advice. He was reliable and always cleaned up making the disruption bearable. I definitely recommend them. Not personally used Claxton and Palmer due to where I live being too much of a distance for a daily commute to renovate a bathroom. However, I have asked plentiful questions to Claxton and Palmer and they have ALWAYS got back to me with a very detailed response. Very professional approach taken. Stu has done a significant amount of work over the last year, ranging from a total en suite build and fit out, re-plumbing the house, fitting skirting boards, window sills and architraving, knocking out and creating fireplaces to name a few. What is particularly fantastic is that he has multi skills to put right anything that he comes across and be able to complete a whole job. Stu is very knowledgeable and caring - so that he creates the best solution for your house long term and his finishing is always very neat and tidy. He's always happy to talk you through everything he has done so you can understand what goes on underneath! Would fully recommend as someone to work with and will definitely be using again!
