Went in today looking for a coat for myself, I was looked up and down by the blond lady shop assistant I wasnt spoken to not even an hello. I was with my husband and he insisted we left due to the rude assistant. Went to Brora and purchased a beautiful coat , can companies afford to have poor customer service?

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful, helpful and friendly service from Nickie - Harrogate store, when I was having difficulty in locating a particular dress. Nothing was a trouble. Service with a smile. So lovely to talk to someone as helpful. It made my day :) Dress located! It is perfect. Thank you.
