We have looked at three properties advertised by this company and they do not give any information on even the history of the buildings, as they confess when asked they dont even know how old the propertys are. After viewing several properties, they do not contact you to ask for your feed back. We have put in several offers and this company dont even respond as to weather you are too low or could you put a higher offer in? They seem to offer no negotiation skills whatsoever and dont seem bothered at all. We are on there books supposedly and they dont even contact us to let us know if there are any similar properties available which there clearly is as we have to look them up ourselves and contact them For viewings. You will find that after you have viewed a property, that is the last you will hear from them unless you call them? I certainly would not advise anyone to advertise there property with them. I wouldnt. I would like an estate agent that is on the case regardless of there offers? Isnt that good business? Negotiating skills are strongly lacking with this knaresborough branch and lack of enthusiasm tells me to steer clear of them.
