        Shocking customer service.. Nobody at the till counter in the men's department waited 10minutes then walked through to the home department. TWO members of staff at the counter doing nothing with a sign saying we can't take mens sales at this till, so I put my purchase back

        Disgusting customer service. Absolute incompetence of the highest order. Retuned three items bought via online account and couldnt even complete that without getting it completely wrong. The lady that served me was rude, arrogant and tried to blame me for not explaining what I wanted. No apology offered. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Tragic excuse of a retailer with vile and abhorrent staff.

        Came back in to replace a present for someone for Christmas because it had white marks on it. The lady that work there who I dealt with Sarah called a lier and wouldnt believe I had bought he here. And was really funny. Then I proved to her that I had bought here and had to go through all my transactions. Then she said Ive worn it and its got human hair on it. So you can keep the jumper frame it your office and just remember the guy trying to replace a new jumper with marks on with another one for his brother at Christmas. Wont be going here again because she was rude. Im not the person thats had problems here. Well done guys another satisfied customer
