Started with the club in October 2018 having trained at other clubs, really friendly club very inviting. Teaching Shotokan Karate to a good standard. During covid lockdowns really evolved to continue teaching in a responsible socially distanced way out doors. Training with the castle in the background as the sunsets is a memorable experience.

I've been at the club since 2015 and have been extremely happy. As a volunteer run club it has a great ethos, putting quality instruction ahead of profit. A highly inclusive club, very welcoming to all ages, levels of experience and abilities. The teaching lineage is excellent. Give it a go!

I am the instructor so I recommend this karate club because its students make it a great club. If you want to learn karate you need to train alongside students who will welcome you, advise and help you and push you to improve. Whatever your age, ability or fitness level, this is what you will find at the Mirai Dojo!
