My mum has been using Synergy for years and she advised me to contact them when I was needing a new car. My account manager Tom was extremely helpful and no matter my numerous questions, he was always professional, responded quickly and provided thorough information. I cant recommend Synergy and particularly Tom enough.

My contact with Synergy was Lucie Almond. When I first contacted Lucie and advised I was looking to order a new car we spent 30/40 minutes discussing what my requirements were. Lucie had a number of options for me to look at, and then asked me to also look at the DS 7 E-tense. What a recommendation it was. It was a car Id never thought of looking at before but taking Lucie's recommendation I went to view one. The whole process was seamless, constant communication from start to finish. When ever Lucie had any info regarding the car I got a call or an email. Excellent customer service

We had a great customer experience. We found a vehicle and deal that suited our needs, including sourcing the specific make and model for delivery a few weeks earlier than anticipated. Updates were timely and all contact was professional and polite. I also found them welcoming of feedback, something that many companies shy away from. Happy to recommend.

Always an excellent company to deal with. No problems at all, all the stall are very helpful and pleasant if you have any queries. Kept up to date at all times over delivery dates etc.
