Small and simple place to buy ice-cream, it's really cool, especially near to the river and the bridge. I recommend to visit and enjoy.

Great selection of ice creams on offer. A variety of good flavours available to suit everyone. Was served by a lovely young lady who was very efficient and happy to help. The man in the shop was also very friendly and happy to help. As regular visitors of knaresbrough, these have been the best ice creams we've had alongside fantastic service.

My husband and I popped in after boating. The moment we walked in I saw a look of disgust appear on his face. I turned to my husband and he had also clocked his expression. He was serving another customer at the time and we waited patiently outside the shop for our turn. He couldnt have been more lovely to the customer before us. Then it came to our turn. His attitude was frankly very unsettling and I really felt he was showing racially charged micro aggressions towards us. He was rude and downright impatient while my children were choosing what they wanted. Completely the opposite of the way i saw him treat the caucasian customers before us. I was so upset that I felt I couldnt hold my tongue if he carried on with the way he was serving us so I walked out and my husband finished paying. My husband and I were very upset. Completely put a downer on what was otherwise a lovely fun filled day. Safe to say we will not be returning!!!
