I couldn't recommend Sarah's services more - I have had the most positive experience and the impact on my life has been profound. Having struggled with a specific issue since childhood, I decided to give hypnotherapy a go as a last resort - I truly can't believe the progress I have been able to make with Sarah's support. Sea sickness has been a big problem for me for a long long time. But no more. A calm and quiet miracle seems to have happened. Thanks to Sarah I can now enjoy sea travel and fun days on the water. AMAZING, and no medicines needed whatsoever.

I came to see you last spring with a phobia of needles. I would like to let you know that with your help I have been able to face my fears of injections and as well as being able to return to the dentist and complete the treatment, I had a hip replacement 6 weeks ago which has been life changing. The support Sarah has given me through these sessions has been absolutely invaluable. Having been at my wits end trying to sort the problems I brought to Sarah, I was sceptical as to whether anyone would be able to help me. Sarah's positive and caring nature paired with her expertise gave me comfort and hope within the first session, and I have continued to be amazed by the improvements I have seen with her support.
