Wokefield Park July 16-22 2022 The hotel should be declared a national desaster area. I have stayed there with a team mid-July 2022. We got dumped into the annex building which is by far not as nice as the pictures shown of the mansion house I used to stay in. There are no fridges nor air conditions. We all felt cheated looking at the generic and run down rooms. Most rooms were really bad and many team members moved once or twice to get half way OK rooms. The staff is really not helpful. We had tons of broken promises and not much help clearing the problems. The room service is on request only, but nobody shares this information. The reception team checked some people in with my credit card and it is extremly difficult to get my money back. I'm in the process of taking legal actions... Never never again!!!
