The service at this hotel needs a serious kick up the backside. The old adage "the chickens are running the hen house" applied well during our visit. Barstaff more interested in watching the football on TV, than serving. Dining room staff appeared to be overworked somewhat and not easy to deal with. Most staff were generally uninterested and unhelpful.
