Rude, simply rude Just visited the shop at 16:33 so literally just closed (27/7). My problem not theirs. However the lady was pottering in the shop straightening the display, so I tapped on the window to ask if they were closed and she just looked at me as if to say of course I am you idi**! I knew exactly what I wanted, but if shed have dealt with it politely Id have no issue Never ceases to surprise me how bad some small businesses are. Next thing well hear theyre struggling to survive. Ill take my elsewhere.

Updated April 2023 Wedding weekend was brilliant. Lots of fantastic comments about my hatinator and I wanted to again thank Ellie for providing me with the perfect finishing touch to my mother of the bride outfit. I didn't want to take it off so wore it all afternoon and into the evening (about 9 hours!). Not sure my photo shows exactly what a great colour match everything is, but it's perfect. January 2023 Absolutely fantastic service from Ellie and her colleague on Saturday, 28 January 2023, and previously earlier in the month when we popped in to look for something for my daughter's forthcoming wedding. Ellie kindly customised a hatinator to go with my outfit on the day, as we're not local. She swapped the hatinator to wear on the left instead of the right, adding accent colours to match perfectly with my Suzy Hamilton outfit. All completed in just over two hours. Inexpensive but unique. Love it! I can't recommend her highly enough. Did you know that if she can do so, she'll redress fascinators, hats etc you've previously bought from her for you to wear again with a new outfit? She's an expert miliner, designing and making from scratch. Such a talent. Well worth the trip from Sheffield! Thank you once again Ellie.

Bought hat for my daughters wedding and half way through the ceremoney it broke. Cost me 47.50 to have on for about 15 minutes. Loved the hat but really annoyed
